If you have used any Creative Instincts Studio app and want your data deleted, we make the process simple and direct. You can request deletion at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
To delete your data, send an email to:
Please include the following information so we can locate your data:
- The name of the app (e.g., Paintball Legend)
- The email address or account used in the app
- A short note saying you want your data deleted
What Happens After Your Request
Once we receive your request:
- We confirm your identity
- We delete all data associated with your account
- We notify you when the deletion is complete
How Long It Takes
Data deletion is completed within 7 days of your request.
What Data Gets Deleted
Depending on the app, this may include:
- Account information
- Gameplay data
- Cloud‑saved progress
- Analytics data tied to your account
We do not keep backups of deleted user data.
