1. Acceptance of This Agreement
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any software, game, application, or digital product developed or published by Creative Instincts Studio, the user (“You”) agrees to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If You do not agree, You must not install or use the Product.
2. License Grant
Creative Instincts Studio grants You a revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Product solely for personal, non‑commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
You may not:

3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Product—including all code, assets, artwork, audio, text, trademarks, and intellectual property—belong exclusively to Creative Instincts Studio. This Agreement does not transfer ownership to You.
4. User Content (If Applicable)
If the Product allows You to create, upload, or share content (“User Content”), You retain ownership of that content. However, by using the Product, You grant Creative Instincts Studio a worldwide, royalty‑free, non‑exclusive license to use, display, modify, and distribute User Content solely for the operation and improvement of the Product.
You are responsible for ensuring Your User Content does not violate laws or infringe on others’ rights.
5. Updates and Changes
Creative Instincts Studio may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Product. These updates may:
- Add features
- Remove features
- Fix issues
- Change functionality
You agree that Creative Instincts Studio has no obligation to continue supporting or updating the Product.
6. Third‑Party Services
Some Products may integrate with third‑party services or platforms. Creative Instincts Studio is not responsible for:

- Third‑party outages or failures
Your use of third‑party services is governed by their own terms.
7. Data Collection & Privacy
Use of the Product may involve the collection of certain data as described in the Creative Instincts Studio Privacy Policy. By using the Product, You consent to such data practices.
8. Termination
Creative Instincts Studio may terminate this Agreement at any time if You violate any terms. Upon termination:
- Your license is immediately revoked
- You must stop using the Product
- You must uninstall and delete all copies
Sections involving ownership, disclaimers, and limitations survive termination.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Product is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Creative Instincts Studio does not guarantee:
- Error‑free operation
- Uninterrupted service
- Compatibility with all devices
- Accuracy or reliability of results
You use the Product at Your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Instincts Studio is not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Device damage
- Loss of revenue or profits
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Any issues arising from third‑party services
Total liability shall not exceed the amount You paid for the Product (if any).
11. Age Requirements
You must meet the minimum age rating assigned to the Product. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors’ use.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
13. Changes to This Agreement
Creative Instincts Studio may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes means You accept the updated terms.
